1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using KeyGo services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Rental Requirements

To rent a vehicle from KeyGo, you must be at least 21 years old and hold a valid driving license. International visitors must present a valid international driving permit along with their national license.

3. Booking and Payment

All bookings require a valid payment method. Prices displayed include standard insurance coverage. Additional services such as GPS, child seats, or extended coverage may incur extra charges, which will be clearly communicated before confirmation.

4. Vehicle Use

Vehicles must be used responsibly and in accordance with Mauritian traffic laws. The renter is responsible for any fines, tolls, or penalties incurred during the rental period. Off-road driving is not permitted unless specifically authorized.

5. Insurance and Liability

Basic insurance is included with all rentals. The renter remains liable for any damage not covered by the insurance policy, including damage caused by negligence, driving under the influence, or unauthorized use.

6. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled pickup receive a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee. No-shows forfeit the full rental amount.
